Import gitlab-ci fix from https://gitlab.com/lupine/symbiosis/commit/ab442a878133793037bcd6a6d1519c9c98d72e4a

This removes the old ruby logger, and the EM dependency.

It is of more utility in symbiosis-common, and we could all it elsewhere
when templating.

Closes #48

Also add the latest symbiosis "meta" repo to our sources lists to allow
symbiosis packages to be installed.

Store dhparams mainly in /etc/ssl/private, except for services that have hardcoded paths to dhparams.

This means we have to add the debian sources to our build process.

Also relaxed the mysql dependency, fixes #12348

httpd: Added apache2-api-20120211 dependency for libapache2-mod-bytemark-vhost,  and removed its postinst.

Also updated maintainers and uploaders.

httpd: Reordered control file, so that dh_ruby works.
httpd: Removed old transform script.

Batch update: updated rules, control and (where applicable) install files. Now all contain XS-Ruby-Versions: all, and dependencies are changed to reflect new naming conventions for wheezy.

* symbiosis-generate-stats updated to be more flexible with file locations.
* symbiosis-generate-stats updated to be more verbose, when required.
* symbiosis-generate-stats now will not create the stats directory unless the
parent directory is owned by the same user.
* Symbiosis::ConfigFiles::Apache now uses Symbiosis::Domain#public_dir.
* Symbiosis::ConfigFiles::Apache has a couple of new methods, htdocs_directory
and cgibin_directory for use in templates.
* The templates have been updated to use these methods.

 * Moved static pages into /usr/share/symbiosis/static
 * Adjusted templates to reflect the above change
 * Removed /bytemark path from individual site templates.
 * Burnt all gifs.
