Symbiosis: SSL symlinks broken on hostname change

Imported from https://www.github.com/BytemarkHosting/symbiosis/issues/42

When the hostname of a system running Symbiosis is changed the symbolic links for the self signed certificates in /etc/ssl are broken.

The symbolic links in /etc/ssl continue to point at /srv/original-server-name/....

This then prevents the Apache service from starting as the SSL files are missing/invalid.
