Not too sure if this is going to break things. Have modified the .gitlab-ci.yml to add the build for extras at the end as the rules are a little different.

copied in the source and removed the .git folder from the other repo...

I think that is about it but didn't want to chuck it in without getting it scanned first. If it does cause issues, just revert the .gitlab-ci.yml file and it will not try to build. We may need to put it somewhere else and just offload the deb that is created at the end.
